Terms of Service

Before placing an order, please read the terms below as this will inform you of how I regularly work. By placing an order I assume you've read and agreed to the terms listed below.You must be +18 to commission me.All commissioned work is for personal use only. Under no circumstances you may use my work for Gen AI / NFTs.By commissioning me, you understand that:- You're getting a custom drawing of your character, in digital format (PNG & JPG), sent to you via a cloud storage hotlink to your DMs- Commission pieces are artistic interpretations and thus never 1:1 with the references. I will not do style emulation.- Commissions usually have an ETA of 7-20 business days depending on the order's complexity and current queue.- All prices listed are in US dollars and I take payments only via invoicing.- All commissions must be paid upfront.- WIPs are sent in Sketch phase. You may do major revisions only in the sketch phase and minor revisions once the piece is finished.- Partial refunds are issued if the commission is cancelled beyond the sketch phase and are proportional to the work done. Full refunds are issued if no work was done at all.- No refunds once the work is done.- I hold the copyright/authorship of the commissioned work, while the copyright to the character(s) will remain with their respective rights holder.- I reserve the right to deny any order, stop work on a commission or cancel a commission request due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behaviour, or a breach of these Terms. In this case, a full refund will be issued and the unfinished work repurposed.
